A new MoU was signed by Mr. Xu Wei, the president of CAHVAC and Mr. Frank Hovorka, the president of REHVA in the Romanian National Library on May 28, 2019. More than 30 experts and scholars from CAHVAC and REHVA witnessed the signing ceremony.

The Memorandum of Cooperation mainly focuses on information exchange and sharing, mutual visits and cooperation between the two sides, so as to jointly promote technological progress in building energy saving, HVAC and other related fields in China and Europe. The signing of the memorandum has strategic significance and impact on China and Europe, as well as on the global response to climate change and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
